If you are like me, however, you’ve tried doing that with regular pillows and found that while you sleep regular pillows often aren’t giving enough support, or end up somewhere on the floor during the night. I searched several options here on Amazon to find something that would give good support and possibly be able to stay in place and I decided to try not one but two of these knee pillows made by “nestl”. I just received the pillows today and haven’t actually tried sleeping through the night with them but I did position them as you can see in my photo and lay down to see what it would feel like. So far the pillows seem to give just the right support to keep my spine at the angle that feels most comfortable when laying on my side. I like that there is a strap to keep the pillow in position, and I appreciate that there is an adjustable strap with Velcro on both sides making it adjustable. I also like that there is a zippered cover you can remove and wash it as needed (I definitely plan to line-dry the covers instead of putting them in the dryer). The cover itself seems pretty soft and comfortable next to my skin, and I’m looking forward to trying these out for a full night’s sleep. If after using these for a few days I find any problems with them I’ll be sure to come back and adjust my review, but for now I’ll give these pillows five stars, 10/10 recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this pillow *by P***K on July 1, 2021* I bought this pillow because I have back problems and I usually sleep with a pillow between my knees. It takes up a lot of space. This pillow is the perfect size as it is ergonomically designed. It feels cool all night. I like the strap that you can use to keep it in place between your knees. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the middle were a little bit thicker because it squishes a little too much where sometimes my knees touch. However, I'm still giving 5 stars because all you have to do is adjust the pillow to the right spot for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely comfortable, but velcro is annoying *by W***G on June 28, 2022* For the past year or two, I have had some knee pain when sleeping. I started to try to sleep with a regular small pillow between my knees, and it helped significantly, so I adopted it as a regular habit. Eventually, I decided to order this knee pillow since I thought that it would be a little less bulky, better sized, and more convenient. And indeed, it has done very well on all of those fronts.The biggest design flaw of this is the scratchy velcro, which can stab you or anyone that you are sleeping with at unpredictable times. It would be better to have some kind of soft loop or clip mechanism, or to just tie a string to keep it on one's leg. I might try to remove the velcro at some point.If you already know that you need something such as this, then it will probably work well.
