I love turquoise so when I saw this necklace available as a lightning deal I have to have it. The product I received is exactly what I expected. Very well made and it looks classy and expensive. The packaging is also great. I purchased this for myself but with a package like this, it sure made an impressive present to any bespoken lady!My only concern is that all the beads are connected with cotton threads and they look quite fragile. The product provides a 30-day guarantee but what will happen if the string broke after 30 days? We'll see. A review update is in order.A thumb up for their customer service. I stupidly misread the promotion gift instruction but they responded to my inquiry quickly and fixed the problem right away. My gift necklace is on its way to me within 30 minutes after our email correspondence!

HinsonGayle "Kayla" Handwoven Five-Strand Cultured Pearl and Turquoise Necklace (Artisan Collection)  My Wife has a love of pearls and we have purchased several items as gifts from HinsonGayle which have been totally pleasing. While shopping this year for that special gift, I found the HinsonGayle "Kayla" design. Since we spent our summer vacation in Santa Fe New Mexico, and found some wonderful hand crafted Turquoise jewelry on the square, I knew I would be safe buying "Kayla" When it arrived I was very pleased to find a completely unique and satisfying item I know my wife will love on Christmas day. My wife loves pearls, is a strawberry blond, and she has beautiful green eyes. When she wears turquoise, her green eyes become all the more beautiful. When I saw this beautiful necklace and found tourquoise drop earrings, I thought "what a great combination that can be worn with formal or dressy casual wear to really accent my wife's stiking looks!" She and I are very pleased with this beautiful combination. Complements abound from admiring friends,acquaintances,and clients as my wife enjoys wearing the necklace with both tourquoise and pearl earings as she goes about her professional and social obligations.

My necklace arrived quickly and was packaged very carefully to prevent possible damage. The necklace is beautifully made and,although it is dainty,appears to be sturdy. I have already received several compliments. I am planning to order the turquoise as well. I normally make most of my jewelry but ,taking into account the time spent and gemstones involved,I decided it is less costly to buy this particular piece.

The product is packaged beautiful. The necklace didn't look as nice as the picture. The threading gives it a very low quality appearance.

I gave the Gabriella for Christmas to my wife. It actually came as a promotional addition to a large order that I placed with HinsonGayle so I wasn't expecting much. Was I wrong! The design is beautiful, the amethyst and pearls are exquisite and the quality of the item is top flight. There is so many pearls and amethyst stones on the necklace that the necklace is a great value as well. Needless to say, I am a big fan.
