Great! Still have it in good condition after 2 years
For extra comfortability purchase flat pillows, which you can attach to the bottom and back of the seat. but besides that it's great the threading hasn't come undone I've been told if I were to use covers it make the chair last longer.

Comfort, strong and heavy, good value for money.

Good size and reasonably sturdy
After the last gaming chair with a plastic base split open, I was looking for something more solid. This seems to be sturdy enough and the base is all metal. It’s not as comfortable as my last chair, probably because there is only height and tilt adjustment, no back adjustment and for me, it’s a little far back as it tapers towards the head rest. Luckily the fold up arm rests mean I can get closer to the screen which helps. Over all, a decent purchase. I would recommend for the larger frame too… although how long it lasts only remains to be seen.

2 out of 3 ain’t bad
I have three of these chairs. The first one was fantastic and I still use it all the time. Had it a couple of years and it’s still perfect. I bought two more recently. After about two days one of them completely sheared in half on both arms without warning. I have contacted the support twice with no response at all. I am very disappointed as I’m now nervous about sitting in the others as well. I would like to see some replacement arms available as I’d happily just repair it but the complete lack of response is very disappointing. So to sum up, it’s a great chair if you don’t get a faulty one. Good luck!

1 year later
I've had this chair for literally 1 whole year, it's been a fantastic chair and has served me well throughout. However now It seems the cylinder is losing pressure and I've realised it can't go as high as it used to and I'll often find myself lower than when I originally sat down.If I can find a suitable replacement, that'll be great as I don't really want to cash out on another bleeding chair just a year later when everything else is still in perfect condition.

A strong and comfortable desk chair.
I bought this for a friend of mine who spends a lot of time sitting at a recording device. He is delighted with it!

Chair is great, base is rubbish
I have had the chair 2 months and the wheels on the base have broken, the rest of the chair is great and really comfortable but the base is a really bad design of very flimsy plasic joins pushed into the end of the metal bars, the bars are fine, the wheels are fine, but the plastic bits that push in that the wheels slot into are broken. Tried to glue them but they are just really bad, so be ready to buy a new wheel base for this chair as the one that comes with it is not good. I have other office chairs in the office that have lasted years with no issues, this ones base didn't even make it 2 months! I think with a new molded pastic wheel base, or metal wheel base it would be a great all round chair.Broght this base from amazon and used this instead which has made it a great chair, shame you have to do this to make if great, I would say the chair needs to be about £100 or just less unless they fix the base issues, so you don't have to buy another.https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09FLGPWZ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Very impressed
Hubby assembled for me, but it was done in no time with very little complaining. I purchased it for my office, and it is so comfortable and supportive. I have now bought a second one for my step son, so he too has a chair for gaming.
