We have to drink coffee at our desks with a lid on the cup, for me it's easy to just squeeze a squirt into the drinking hole on the lid, rather than remove the lid once I get to my desk and risk spilling it. The coconut is my favorite for sure, definitely 5 stars Vanilla is a close second. The caramel is okay, not great but not bad, fairly mild flavor. The unflavored is just that, a good sweetener. The chocolate is pretty bad though. I use these for 2 things, coffee and a meal replacement shake called Huel (unsweetened variety).
