A: You ordered an item that not made yet and pre bought an item. The item in question is in production and thus won't be release till a specific time. "This item will be released on January 24, 2022."
I bought a Captain Carter like this, it easy to pre- buy so you know you get it. The series where Sam is Captain America is not release yet and when it does, these will fly off the proverbial shelf.
