The NP-1 is a standard momentary footswitch (normally used as a Sustain pedal) but when connected to the footswitch input on a Panorama P1 it can be used to activate recording in a DAW application. The NP-1 will work with any device with an input for a momentary footswitch. **Q: Would this be compatible with my boss rc-30 loop station?** A: I haven't tested the RC-30 but that device expects a non-latching (momentary) footswitch, so it should work. **Q: Does this sustain pedal works with Williams Allegro 2?** A: As far as I'm concerned, this pedal works well with Roland, Yamaha, and Casio. I recently checked out the specs on the Williams Alegro keyboard and they have exactly the same outputs as any midi keyboard. It has a 1/4 Jack input-so yes.
