I've used different Afrins for years. I have year long allergies, grass is the worst. Tried this for congestion. I use twice a day, when I wake up and before I go to bed. My sinuses stay open and clear. It is great!! Have allergies? Try this, it actually works!!

I like the spray better than the pump, no drip. Haven't been able to find The Spray in stores. Happy Amazon has it in stock.

Pollen has been atrocious this year and my allergies have been raging. Afrin is the only product that helps. This is a great price for this product. It arrives well-packaged and quickly. Can't ask for more than that!

I have a hard time finding this particular Afrin spray where I live. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon reasonably priced, packaged well and shipped super fast. Allergy season will be a lot more comfortable now.

On this review page, it shows a picture of the Severe Congestion item that I ordered with a description of the Allergy Sinus item that I received. This appears to be a bait-and-switch situation on someone's part. I have contacted both Amazon and Pharmapacks without a response. I click on return or replace item on my order and it says "This item isn't eligible for return." I click on problem with order and a page comes up with "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please go back and try again or go to Amazon's Home Page." I have tried this numerous times.The item that I ordered is a great product to relieve my sinus congestion. The item that I received ??? I don't know about.I would to return this item for a complete refund. Return postage to be paid by Amazon or Pharmapacks.
