This is a must have product. Well made kit. Making set up a breeze and spot on every time. I'm finicky about sound and having equipment set to perfection is a must. This well designed kit will get you there. They have good videos on YouTube to guid you through the process.Proper set-up is essential for great sound and longevity of your vinal. I used it to setup my used VPI turntable. Prior to using this setup kit, I was very dissapointed with this setup. After adjusting for several hours my ortofon bronze Quintet MC cartride, it now sounds mesmerizing with its holographic sound-stage. Hard to believe how wonderful a 60 year old record can sound from my local thrift store! I have a new Cadenza Black, I plan on using to record all my records to DSD for more convenient future use, but I did not have the motivation to set up that cartridge yet. So, started with the included used Quintet Bronze cartridge. Very useful tool if you take the time to set up your cartridge properly or several hours of tweaking.

All three tools were well made, intuitive, and easy to use. I like the vertical stylus force scale reads grams force to a couple of decimal points. This makes it easier to accurately dial in the stylus force to your desired value because you can see the force increasing/decreasing as you turn the adjustment on your tone arm.I was resurrecting my turntable from the late 70's and I don't anticipate using this tool very often, so I thought the price was fair.

This kit helped me get a "new to me" turntable I had just picked up into perfectly working condition.After getting the turntable set up, I noticed it would skip on every record as it got closer to the center.I was able to use the scale to validate that the tracking force was set to be within specs for the head and then was able and the protractor to identify, and correct, the “cartridge tangency”.Fixing the “cartridge tangency” did the trick and now no more skipping in the last track of a side!

This is a tech addition to support my LP collection, it empowers me to fine tune my equipment, to continue enjoy music in the LP format, thanks a lot everyone piece of the kit is very useful.

All the tools you need to correctly setup a cartridge on the arm of your turntable. Would recommend this product.
