There is no cushion in the seat hardly you can feel the mechanisms in the seat right through the cushion. very narrow at the edge of the seat which is uncomfortable for a guy of 220 give or take. vibration part is noisy and not very good. If you are buying this as a comfortable office chair to sit in at a desk and work your back a bit, this is not the chair. Would refund it but there is no way I am getting this back to China. Update about month after purchase one of the legs broke off and I came crashing to the floor

I got my chair yesterday! (2 days shy of 6 weeks since ordering).I put it together excitedly. All pieces needed to put it together were in the box!! Even the little Allen wrench! Instructions were pictures with a few badly worded items. Pictures did great to get the point across of how to assemble.Massage:I tested out the massage capabilities - pretty good! For just vibrating massage, it does well along your back and bum. The only thing missing to make it equivalent to the pedicure massage chairs is the nubs that massage your neck and back and bum - This chair is just simple vibrational massage. (If you're not sure what I mean, ask a friend who gets pedicures and they'll be able to explain what I mean!)LED Lights:I had a bit of issues with the lighting. Once I found a block for the USB to plug into - This was not included and not in any instructions - I was able to get my LED lights working, but to my dismay, the lighting around the right and front of the chair is not working. (This is why I deducted stars from a perfect item!)Also, the remote for the LED lights didn't have a battery. I'm not sure if the battery was removed because of passing through customs (Item was shipped from China), but the remote had no battery and was in a faraday bag.NOTE: This chair DOES need to be plugged in to use the massage and a 2nd plug for the LED lights.Bluetooth Speakers:I have not as of yet, tried the Bluetooth speakers. Will update once I figure that part out as no instructions were included.UPDATE: Speakers connected to my computer no problem! They sound great!2nd Update: in total the chair needs 3 things plugged in. The LED lights and Speakers do need a USB block plug. A Dual plug won’t work, as I tried it and it kept going in n out. So they need separate USB blocks. These do NOT come with the chair. Then there’s the matter of so many plugs and wires getting caught in the wheels. My solution was to plug all 3 into an extension cable and put that group of plugs and wires in the pocket on the back of the chair. Then there’s only 1 wire come from the chair to an outlet. Not ideal, but it works for me.So even though I LOVE the chair, I only gave it 3 stars because the LED lights came broken and the hassle of so many wires which are major things.

The chair came with no instructions, one of the lights don't work and the Bluetooth won't connect. My boyfriend said the messager is nice but if the other stuff doesn't work what's the point.

It leaves just far enough to where it supports the back if you have a bad back unless you're one of the ones that have to have a straight up and down

Got this in February for my husband and it just falls apart. It’s crap

I ordered 2 of these chairs at same time. one has arrived, the other has not. The chair that arrived the box was taped 100% to keep it in tact. But on a good note, the chair went together easily, the instructions for wiring and speaker setup suck. Easy to figure wires though. I used a multi plug extention cord and placed it in the pocket in back of chair which made wiring cleaner. lights worked good, chair has avarage comfort. Foot rest flimsy but does work, but makes me think it is going to come off every time I have used. Overall I would probably order another, but still waiting on the second chair.
