Inconvenient crappy design makes it hard to clean
Junk. Rickety meat drawer that comes apart periodically. Inconvenient crappy design makes it hard to clean. Shelves have to be taken apart and it's hard to get them back together, to hold the pieces in proper alignment and put the screws in at the same time so you really need another persons help. The drawers don't simply slide out to clean. The whole unit with the shot above its attached to has to come out with it which makes it difficult to clean and if you take too many things out of the interior with stuff in the door it will fall forward on top of you it is so lightweight apparently. I can't believe what I paid for this annoying dud. What a scam.

Wish I had never bought this refrigerator
I have had the door seal replaced twice and door still does not seal. Serviceman says door warped - not sure how could or did happen. To be more specific the door kind of seals now. Now refrigerator only cools to 55 degrees. I am in the process of emptying refrigerator, turn off for a bit and plug back in. This thing has been a constant headache...should have gotten extended warranty. Electorlux replaced the first seal and it never worked. Home warranty replaced second seal and it doesnt work...life is too short to buy one of these.

Worst appliance & Manufacturer is NOT helpful
If i could i would give it zero stars! Evaporator, compressor, dryer & heat exchange was replaced 3 times within one year before i complained so much that the manufacturer offered a buy back unit. Problem was they stopped making them leaving me with a freezer and nothing to match for my new kitchen. Management at Electrolux did not help us. DO NOT buy this piece of garbage. it has plastic interior with plastic parts that break often. in one year we were without this refridgerator 5 times. Invest in something else!

very very loud Electrolux agrees!
Do not buy this freezer! It is extremely loud. Louder than my 10 year-old dishwasher. Electrolux will even tell you that it is very loud, it even says so in their owners manual. Their customer service blamed it on government regulations and basically said they know that it is loud but they don't care. Bad engineering!
