Review: I’m done. I have now given up on non-stick - After reading the reviews I was confident I would get a few years or more out of these. Nope. 6 months after purchase and there is a sizeable patch on the large pan where the non-stick coating has come away. It’s peeling which has rendered the pan unusable. We have been very careful to no overheat and to only use wooden utensils. I have now given up entirely on non-stick and will only be purchasing carbon steel frying pans, stainless steel pots. They are a little more complex to use and maintain but I will get decades rather than months out of them.

After reading the reviews I was confident I would get a few years or more out of these. Brought this to replace the same model that I have had for twenty years which was made in the USA , this new one arrived from the States, and quite frankly I am disappointed with the quality. It's half the weight , and thickness , and the overall build and finish is poor compared to the old one , and its no longer made in the USA , it's made in Thailand !
