Just like the headline says! These are a great set of grates for the spirit grill. They fit just like OEM and have worked great since I installed them a couple months ago. You can't tell the difference between these and the original grates. I will update on the durability as the months go by. 5 stars!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a set of replacement grill grates.

I've enjoyed my Weber Spirit E-310 natural gas grill for several years. While the original cooking grates are still in good condition, they do take some extra effort to clean. When I saw these, I thought it might be ideal to have an extra set to swap out while a set is being cleaned, as we use our grill frequently. The replacement grids are virtually identical to the OEM product. They fit well and seem to heat up and distribute heat as well as the OEM products.I would order these again without hesitation if the need arose.

The MONIBAQ Cast Iron Grill Grates for Weber Spirit 300 E-310 S-310 Series fit my Weber grill perfectly. The quality is right up there and nearly the same quality as my OEM grill grates. I would recommend these.TIP: Make sure after installing the new grates, you brush a coat of vegetable shortening on the new grates with a basting brush. Then, light the grill, close the lid and bring it up to 350 degrees. Then, shut the grill off and let it cool down. You will now have an essentially non-stick surface for your grill. Enjoy!

This grill grate fits my E310 perfectly, drop in replacement. Works just like OEM one, now I can continue to enjoy out door BBQ. Overall, Good product.

I have a Weber Spirit II S-315 natural gas grill that is coming up on being 4 years old. I order these replacement grill grates because the original ones are swelling and cracking in places. I don't want to be eating cast iron flakes. These replacement cast iron grill grates by MONIBAQ are a perfect fit and work very well. Hopefully these new grates will give me another 4 or 5 years of use.

cleaning this grill after cooking reveals rust. must "oil" grill to prevent rust. will use thru winter then sell for scrap.

These grates appear to be exactly the same as the new type of grates that come with a Weber Genesis 300 series grill. They are sturdy, correctly shaped, and have the same coating on them that the factory original grates have. However, they do NOT fit all of the Weber 300 series grills. They were too small for my Genesis II E-315 grill, so I can't use them to see if they work well when heated. I'll have to order some larger ones.
