It does not have omni-tech any where on the shoe. But it does say waterproof. If there are any other questions please ask. **Q: Do this fit wide feet?** A: I bought these in 11 W and these are super narrow. I had to go up to a size 12. Which fit my feet, even though I normally wear 11 to 11W. **Q: The sizes have a (M) - does this mean men's size?** A: I sold women's shoe's for years. "M" stands for "medium" width. It does NOT mean men's! It is a term that stands for the width of a shoe.
