I typically don't write reviews but I think its necessary with this item. I have only used this a handful of times. Not impressed. The screw-on cap/seal exploded the left over steam and bursts of water on me when I turned it off after the 3 time of use. I just tried to use it again, filled the reservoir screwed on the cap/seal & was waiting for it heat up so I could finish the job I NEED to have done today...well it started leaking water all over the floor then started spitting water out of the cap as it heated up. I had to wait until it cooled down to take cap off and figure out the issue; issue was the silicone seal, IT BROKE! now its completely useless. I'm past the return deadline so basically I'm out a good chunk of money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

I was using the small attachment to get my grout clean for my mainly tile house. Husband proclaimed that a floor scrubber would work better and ordered one. I had to prove him wrong and show him how well the steamer cleans out all the dirt and discoloration. The scrubber now sits in a corner while I use my steamer for everything!

The steamer itself is great and yes, it does get very hot. The reason for the 3 star rating is it was packaged with a missing accessory key to cleaning and like others have commented the bristle brush attachments don't stand up to the heat and seem to melt. And this occurred while using light pressure. I will need to contact company for missing accessory.

this steam cleaner is great just that the piece inside of the gun that is attached to the hose with the hose clamp has a slight crack in it and leaks so the handle gets very hot and can no longer use it looking for help to find a replacement piece to replace it thank you you can also reach me at 4437900681 its the black piece inside the gun with the metal button on the backside thank you

We LOVED the Eco Pro Steamer when it was working. It was fantastic and got rid of the pink bacteria in the shower tile grout. There were so many great uses for it - many we didn't even get to try.We HATE that it has completely broken twice. Within a month of using it, the steam starting streaming out of the handle uncontrollably. The seller did replace it with a new one. But once again the new one did the exact same thing within 3 uses.We have tried to fix it ourselves, because obviously the manufacturer doesn't use quality parts in the first place; we don't want to just keep repeating the fixed/broken cycle with the warranty.

Too bad I can't give this 0 stars. Never got up to the amount of pressure required for cleaning. Instructions are not clear at all and the "lock" will only stay in the unlocked position if it is constantly held there. Tried to use it on a bathroom mirror and it sent a stream of hot water down the mirror and onto the wall beneath it. Waited 45 minutes for it to heat up and was still not hot enough to produce sustained steam. Could have thoroughly cleaned my bathroom by hand with rags and spray cleaner in far less time.

It does a great job it could use two extra pads with the order and some more brushes and a large round brush. Other than that it works very well.

Excellent produit

This steamer does do a good job. However the push button is very hard to push and hold, making cleaning cumbersome and show. Having to constantly take breaks every minute or so.I have contacted the seller about returning this item and they have not responded to me.I do not suggest buying this product or product line or anything from this supplier.Now let's see if Amazon will do something about my returning this product.
