**Q: Does anyone else just sink to the floor when sitting in theirs? Mine doesn't have the support it shows in the picture.**
A: Yep. We had the same problem. Unfortunately this just isn't a good product. We had to return the item and experienced a lot of issues when trying to do so.

**Q: Is the cinnabar color a true red or does it have a pink tone?  I see someone has described it as magenta.**
A: no, it's a deep crimson red.  definitely not magenta.

**Q: If liquid us spilled on this, does it go through cover or can cover be wiped off?**
A: Go read the Description. Look for water proof or how to clean it.

**Q: My ywo bags just arrived in a small box.  Is the stuffing included?**
A: Yes. You need to take the plastic off and let the filling expand even roll it around and fluff it up. It takes several days to fully expand. Mine started out in about a 2 foot square box. It is now over 3 feet in diameter. Once the plastic is off it expands a lot!

I was amazed by how tightly packed the bean bag was, and even more stunned by how much it grew! It really is a great solution when you do not have a sofa in a small space. My only negative note is that it is a bit hard to sit as the person does in the photo, as the stuffing is unable to provide a lot of back support.Otherwise, it was an amazing purchase, and I am definitely pleased!

I wanted a bean bag for the corner of my room so I can relax while reading. It’s extremely comfy BUT I highly suggest you buy an extra 5lb bag of foam for the bean bag so you won’t be so low. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the biggest con with adding more foam to the bean bag is that it’s very messy if you’re not careful.
