The 1L capacity means nothing because the grounds chamber only holds 50g. Even at 10:1 ratio you'll only use at most 1/2 of the product capacity. 2. No documentation, assembly instructions, or even brewing recommendations. It's just lazy. 3. The claim "6-8 cups" is just misleading garbage. It's 1L. If you're going to claim it can make an amount, explain how to get that much drinkable product. I'd love to know how you're literally breaking physics to produce that much, including whoever answered that a concentrate can be made after knowing point 1. 4. Over half of the dripper dial is useless. It's mostly just closed, continual pour, drip every 2 seconds, or practically a breath away to drip every 3 seconds until the water surface tension actually becomes greater so it stops dripping. These settings all occur in about the same point but with the tiniest nudges. 5. The reservoir is held up by two unstable rods screwed to the base rings. They could've put in the absolute least effort and made it a tripod but apparently that's not the price point.
