**Q: Looking at the ingredients it is difficult to believe a reasonably nourished person would experience more than placebo. Any credible studies for this?**
A: Thank for your inquiry. We agree with your basic assumption. However there are certain nutrients that are uncommon or insufficient  even in the best diets. Thiotic acid / alpha lipoic acid is one example and carnitine another (although red meat provides some degree (100mgs for 4oz  ) of this nutrient it doesn't provide a meaningful dose for those with acute need and would require an intake in excess of what is recommended for a healthy diet)

Starting with those 2 ingredients there is meaningful study to show value in support of sciatic health (see below)
