### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Round, even and soft tortillas - Delighted
*by B***A on 18 July 2022*

I started AIP last week due to a rash. Going no grain is all new for me. Thanks to youtube discovered Cassava flour and the taste is way better than wheat. I'm a curry eater so need something robust and since rice and wheat are off the menu, Cassava flour is my hero. I've really struggled to roll out chapatis with the rolling pin, been trying for a week and managed to get through but couldn't get them to roll out with ease (photo comparison). Hot the press today, used it and unbelievable.....10 seconds and I had an even round tortillas, so soft as well. I used the same parachment twice, will see how uses I could get from one. First use, delighted. The press came in a box, had to add the lever only which was simple to do. For anyone looking to do AIP/paleo, Cassava flour is a brilliant option but if you are struggling with managing the dough and roll out with ease, would recommend this press.
