**Q: How can I return this? It did nothing for me! Except get my heart pounding and put myBP up. With a subsequent pounding headache**
A: That makes sense if you take blood pressure or heart medications. Melatonin has some contraindications. It will increase BP in people taking BP/heart meds, instead of lowering it like in normal people.

**Q: Where do you add  25asleep promotion code currently advertised on tv?**
A: When I purchased the item the word coupon was under the price with a box and the coupon name & % off next to it. I checked the current info for this product. It no longer shows the coupon option. Try to add the code at check out. Hope this helps.

A: I have had no stomach issues with this capsule

A: 5 mg of the blend. BTW, works great for me, best sleep I've had in years, plus I've gone from about 2 dreams a year (!) to daily dreaming (really long, complex dreams, too, that I actually can remember when I wake up). Also seems to have relieved anxiety I was experiencing. Good luck!

Luckily I took this during a time when I was otherwise pretty well-rested, just to see how it worked before trying it during a time when my insomnia has really kicked in. Took it about 10 pm and fell asleep pretty quickly. Woke up at 12:45 and didn't go back to sleep. Felt a bit hyper and a bit stoned, honestly. Hyper-conscious, slight headache, and not tired at all but strangely groggy. Really made an effort to go back to sleep and at 4 am finally gave up and took a prescribed anti-anxiety med, which I don't ever normally use for sleep as that's not what it's prescribed for. Woke up at 9 am after finally having gotten at least a little sleep. Bottom line, this doesn't work for everyone and for the people it doesn't work for, you'll probably get even less sleep than on your most unmedicated sleepless night. IF you try it, try it on a night when you have nothing going on the next day so if you end up sleepless at least you won't be driving or trying to do other complex tasks. I also woke up with a whopper of a headache.
