The bag is very well made, ultra sturdy, comfy, the area for my laptop is snug & secure & well padded esp on the bottom. I cant speak to how long it will last as I've only had it a month but based on how well made it is and how strong the material seems, I have every confidence it will last as long as my swiss did.
