I am a large person. Most things I buy that are clothing, seem to run small. So, I bought a 4X size. It's way too big! I should have ordered a 3X which would have reduced the giant size I have. I'm going to keep it but I could have easily gone with a 3X. So, my best advice for you when selecting which size to buy, know that the sizing runs true, not small like most things. The coat has small snaps, no buttons, and no zipper. I think I would have rather had buttons but that's okay. This will work okay. And it will hide all the white flour that I inevitably get on my clothes. I think my wife will be happy.
