Most versitile and unsed hosting product I have
I purchased a total of 24 of these glass containers a few months ago & I use them for EVERYHTHING.....they are perfect to use in buffet style serving. I use them for things like taco Tuesday to separate all condiments so everyone can make their own tacos, I also use them for Sunday Funday brunch when I do a build your own omelet station, fruit options for mimosas and veggies for the bloody Mary's. I store chopped up herbs in them too & they seem to last a bit longer. On a daily basis they are great size for some fruit, yogurt, portion control for ice cream :)They have proven to work very well in the oven and toaster oven, microwave, & fridge. I have never froze anything in them. The lids are definitely a plus that way you can stack them in the fridge easier & more stable than using plastic wrap. They clean well & lids have been dishwasher safe with no issues. For me they are perfect for every hosting event I do, since they are clear they match whatever theme I want & you can visually see what's in the container without having to open it to see.My friend bought some as well since she saw how much I use mine. She uses hers for her cat for and as a feeder for her parrot.

Sturdy, versatile cups for prep, storage, and microwave reheating
These cups are a nice, generous size for prep dishes, for which the lids will come in handy if you want to get ingredients ready far in advance. They are also available for about a dollar less without the lids (Anchor Hocking 6-Ounce Custard Cups, Set of 4), if you don't need them. They are also a nice size for a small dessert or a side dish you don't want to mingle with the other food on your dinner plate. While these cups are not meant for cooking, they can be used for reheating in the microwave (I'm posting a photo of the product insert with usage instructions); I bought them for heating things like a serving of beans in the microwave, because my old cups had scalloped edges, and the flat edge of these cups allow me to use silicon suction lid covers (such as Silicone Suction Lids and Food Covers - Set of 5 - Fits various sizes of cups, bowls, pans, or containers!) when heating in the microwave; while these cups come with their own plastic lids, I wouldn't feel comfortable using those lids in the microwave. The cups have a sturdy, heavy feel to them and stack beautifully. They arrived packed with cupcake papers between each cup, which I thought was clever, and I've kept them for easy, safe stacking.

Perfect Cat Food Dishes!
Perfect cat food dishes! My partner and I have 5 cats and due to various diets and eating behaviors, they can not free feed and they must eat wet food. The cats eat twice a day and in order to create more simplicity in our lives, we decided to would be easier to prepare our cats meals one day in advance. These dishes were the perfect solution! They are just wide and deep enough for out cats to eat from them comfortably. They do not take up a lit of space in the refrigerator and the lids make storage super easy. Not all of the lids fit as well we'd like - a few of them are too small and always pop-off either on one side or completely. This issue is not true of all the lids. It is a minor draw-back to what is otherwise a perfect product for our needs. The glass is also thick and well crafted so the bowls themselves are very durable. They are really lovely little dishes. We are sure our cats appreciate the fine dinning!

Happy with them, but larger than I expected
I ordered a set of these to serve as prep bowls in the kitchen, and for casual serving salsa and the like. Using them for storage was not a big concern but a nice bonus. They serve perfectly for the intended purposes: they are sturdy and shaped well for prep bowls, and are oven safe so they can double for custards and the like.To compare them to other options, note that these are on the large side, compared to Pyrex custard bowls. I posted a photo to try to show this. They are in between the typical 4 oz custard size and a cereal bowl. If you use them to make desserts, each one would make a very large serving (generally a two-person serving size). Check the photo. As for the lids, after reading the negative reviews, I assumed they would be terrible but they're not. They fit tightly on two of my bowls, and modestly tightly on the other two. I wouldn't hesitate to store things in them for at least a couple of days in the refrigerator. Just don't fill them to the top, and certainly don't shake them! So I think the lids are fine, but I wouldn't recommend these primarily for storage.
