How tall is the big bag including wheels and handle?** A: The bag is 21" high to the top of the pushed in handle. It's also about 21" high to the top of the top carry handle. It is 13" wide and just less than 9" deep. **Q: Does the smaller bag have a rear strap for attaching it to the larger bag when the handle is extended?** A: Yes it does, it slides on very easy. **Q: Can you fit a laptop in the smaller bag?** A: Depending on size.
