Can you freeze the nduja sausage?** A: Hi! It can be frozen. But if you want to keep it, I recommend putting it in a glass jar with olive oil. regards. **Q: I expected it to be spicy as all nduja is . But there is no heat at all why is this ? Thoroughly disappointed** A: I find it spicy, I think the flavour is nicer and seems spicier when it's at room temperature rather than from the fridge 🙂 **Q: How long will this last once opened and how should it be stored once opened?** A: I’ve had nduja before and it lasts for months in the fridge. This one is still going after 2 weeks. This has a skin around it and it comes in a plastic pouch (actually you get 2 plastic pouches). My mate is still using one he opened in The beginning of September. So I just slice a cm off and keep the remainder in the skin and pouch in the fridge. I think it will easily last 6 weeks. **Q: My delivery was not refrigerated, will the nduja still be ok?** A: I’m not a food safety expert but instructions say store cool and dry rather than refrigerated.
