A: For the L'Oreal Excellence Creme, the longer the product is on to process the darker the result will be because it continues to deposit color

**Q: What do you recommend if I don't like the smell of my hair after I color it?**
A: You can care for your hair afterwards with L'Oreal EverPure Shampoo & Conditioner. These products are sulfate free and help protect the hair color from fading.

**Q: My gray is beginning to be more stubborn and I need to color more often. Is it safe to use every three weeks?**
A: We suggest coloring every 4 weeks or you may use our temporary spray Magic Root Cover Up in between applications.

**Q: Does this product contain bleach?**
A: The L'Oreal Excellence Creme Hair Color is not a bleach. The product contains ammonia and peroxide but not bleach. If a product contains bleach, there will be packets of bleaching powder in the product.

For all the people saying the ash color turned thier hair orange, its not the dye. Its your water. I bought this dye months ago and it also turned my hair more brass at the roots and my hair always tends to get more brass with washing after. I changed my showerhead to one that removes chlorine and minerals like rust and my hair no longer turns brassy. The color works as intended and my hair is a neutral cool brown as I like it.
