Is a lighter, faster-drying version of PCA Skin's Hydrator Plus SPF 30... making it a lot more suitable for my oily, acne-prone skin.Still effectively hydrates, leaves no heavy film or whiteness to the skin after dry. Matte finish. ALSO LOVE that is a NANO-ZINC OXIDE sunscreen.Zinc oxide is the most effective type of sunscreen ingredient... physical blocker meaning it forms a film on the surface of skin that refracts UV rays back from the skin without any chemicals (think a pingpong ball hitting the side of house). Nano-zinc oxide means you get the same benefits without the white "lifeguard nose" cast on your face.

I first bought this product from a plastic surgeon's office.... I was delighted at what a great product it is for the price. Works as well as the uber-expensive stuff and has sunscreen too! It is lightweight, smells good and has never irritated my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Just makes your face feel smooth and soft, like a moisturizer should. The pump is handy, but one pump is not enough (I need 5-6 to do my face & neck). Perfect for daytime/under makeup, though you'd probably want something heavier for night-time. Buying it on Amazon is much more convenient (and no more expensive) than making a trip to the Dr's office.

This is my first time using PCA, I bought it on a whim after a friend (with the most perfect skin I have ever seen) told me this is the sunscreen she uses. I've been looking for a sunscreen I can use everyday, also a plus was the whitening ingredient in this product which was a addition to why I bought it (teenage acne scars). It's wooooonderful!! So light, for the other reviewer that said it went on the face whitish, I just put it on my fingers first, rubbed them together and pat it on my face (like how you're suppose to apply La Mer, if familiar) and it goes on better without the white 'sunscreen ish' vibe. But it does make your skin look fresher, lighten scars and glows. I really want to try their other products now from the awesome results I've gotten from this.

I have been using this product for almost a year. It has a nice consistency to it when you pump it out of the bottle. It has a light scent to it, nothing overwhelming. Goes onto your face easily. I have used it throughout the humid summer & while on vacation in Mexico and never have had an issue with it feeling greasy. I use all PCA Skin products so it's hard to tell if this product alone has reduce hyperpigmentation.The one thing that can be annoying is it does "ball up" sometimes. I'm not really quite sure why since it doesn't do it every time. My esthetician even confirmed that it was this product balling up. It slightly annoying so that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This if the first sunscreen I've ever found that didn't give me little red bumps. My skin is very sensitive and also breaks out at the drop of a hat. I put this on my face every day and have not had a breakout or a sun burn. This stuff is magic. I've used things my dermatologist recommended and really expensive stuff from the department store and everything bothered my face for one reason or another. This is rich enough to moisturize so I did not bother with a moisturizer this summer. We will see what the dry winter weather brings. Found this at my hair salon but they stopped carrying it so when I found it on Amazon I was thrilled. Good old Amazon.

I usually use the PCA Hydrator plus Broad Spectrum SPF 30 however I decided to try this product. This product goes on white and take forever to rub in. It also leave an ashy look after you finally rub in into the skin. I am definitely nt pleased with this product.

I really wanted to like this product. It has several ingredients that usually work well for my skin (licorice root extract, kojic acid) but like most primers and sun screens/blocks it irritated my skin too much to use. The texture is serum-like, thin and not heavy. It didn't leave a whitish cast on my skin either, but I'm very pale. It seemed to absorb right away, and it was easy to layer foundation over it without it peeling.That's why I'm giving it three stars. I feel like I would rather give it 3.5 if possible, because it's texture is lovely, it has a good SPF, and the ease of using it under makeup make it a very good product.The problem is that if you have genuinely sensitive skin (easily reacting to products, breaking out it rashes or red patches from certain ingredients) then it might be problematic.Within an hour of putting it on my skin had started to itch, and I had to rush to the restroom mid-day to wash my face because my skin felt like it was on fire. It calmed after a thorough cleansing and application of moisturizer, but my search for a sun screen/block that doesn't make my skin react will have to continue.If you don't have reactive sensitive skin, this product might be worth a try. I gave the rest to my mother, who doesn't have sensitive skin, and she loves the texture and wearability. Give it a try if your skin handles new products well, but if you're prone to bad reactions use with caution.

I am always skeptical of these products, but this one is great. I was in Florida for 8 days in March and got no burn on my face whatsoever. Usually these products are greasy and mask like, but this one is not. I would recommend it for any skin type for Protection from the sun.
