PICTURE WRONG
WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE AND WHAT IS SHIPPED DOES NOT MATCH. i USED THE STYLE THAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE FOR YEARS AND THEY WORK WELL. THE ITEM SHIPPED HAS A VELCRO TO CLOSE THE STRAP AND IT DOES NOT WORK.

This feels good but is too tight for me I'll update after the large is tried as these are very nice in feel but not adjustable.
I bought a medium as it is for 120-240 but it is too small and pinched my face a left deep lines in my face. There are no instructions on how to wear it. I stopped reading when it got to colonics. I'm 180 and do not have a big head. I ordered the cheapest and this most expensive and this is nicer and not smellyor stiff rubber like the cheapest one. I could not wear either due to the smell and feel or the tight pinching but will try a large and a mid cost and write reviews on all I try. I seem not to exhale through my nose in the late AM, which makes my lips make more noise than when I snore. Maybe I need a long acting anti-histamine and it is caused by dust mites or feathers.

this is useless. It causes me to snore "differently"
So far for me, this is useless. It causes me to snore "differently". When I exhale from mouth, it makes my lips flap, making noise which wakes me up. Pretty much a sleepless night. I will try again and use in conjunction with the SnoreX mouthpiece I also ordered a couple of weeks back, The mouthpiece I also found uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep with. For 3 straight nights, I unknowingly, but intentionally removed the mouthpiece and set on my nightstand after falling asleep. I'll write another comment once I try both products together, but my hopes are not high. I gave the product 2 stars because it is comfortable, unlike the mouthpiece

and not been happy yet. This device was pretty pricey
I've tried many of these, and not been happy yet. This device was pretty pricey, and frankly, just has too much material on the face, plus is not adjustable. The extra material helps to minimize "face dents" in the morning, but it feels like putting your face in a baseball mitt when combined with the CPAP mask. Also, the fact that you can't adjust it means that it may not successfully seal the mouth. Indeed, I could still leak. Maybe a smaller one would work? Too expensive to experiment. Got a real simple one from ResMed for free. It's adjustable and works better.

it seems to be loosing its elasticity and not supporting like it did when I first received it
Strap worked very well at first but after a few weeks use, it seems to be loosing its elasticity and not supporting like it did when I first received it.Hopefully it will hold where it is now otherwise I would need a new one about every other month and that would get expensive for someone on a limited income.

I had one before, it worked kinda OK, but I think it bothers me more than anything. I have hard time sleeping anyway and this just keeps me up at night. I understand the concept, but it does not do exactly what I would prefer from this product.

No good for my sleep apnea
I saw this advertised on my CNN app as a better alternative to CPAP. I figured I'd give it a try since I dread using the CPAP night after night. The first night I used it I woke up with a bad sore throat, meaning I was gagging in my sleep from the apnea. One plus is that it does help with me clenching my jaw. I continue to wear it at night in addition to my CPAP mask. Totally not cool, but it's better than a bad night's sleep.

it's not such a deep or loud snore and he doesn't seem to be gasping for air like he did before
While not totally stopping my husband's snoring, it's not such a deep or loud snore and he doesn't seem to be gasping for air like he did before. The night's are more tolerable and he said the band doesn't bother him in terms of comfort. Worth the purchase.
