desertcart.com: Million Sold 10 Years Classic E7 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones with Upgraded Noise Cancellation, Bluetooth Headphones Wireless with HD Sound Vivid Deep Bass, for Home Office Travel Birthday Gift : Electronics

Review: My go-to's for about a decade! - Been buying these same headphones for the last 9-ish years. I love them so much. The sound quality and comfort is so much better than most others of the same or even higher price points. They look nice, are slim and lightweight, can be used with Bluetooth or a classic headphone jack, and the lil shortcut buttons are really awesome when I don't have my phone in hand while I'm listening to something over Bluetooth. These things are also practically indestructible. They aren't waterproof or heavy duty or anything, but I've still worn them in the bath/shower, dropped and thrown them, and rolled over on top of them in my sleep plenty of times. My first pair still works! I just get a new pair every few of years because they get kinda nasty and worn down over time form my daily use. Glad to see they've since updated to USB C chargers too. Long battery life, even with brief charging. The sound cancellation isn't crazy good or anything, but these are headphones for listening stuff, not ear mufflers for using loud machinery or visiting the gun range, so I got no complaints there. I have mild sensory sensitivity with sound and these have always had the perfect level of sound control for my comfort. Never had any issues with Bluetooth connection, unless I walk to the other end of the house from my phone or something, which is to be expected. My one complaint is that the faux leather material inevitably peels over time, which is messy and gross. I know it's kinda standard for headphones and looks nice, but a plain fabric without any plastic coating would not have that peeling effect. I know the ear cushions can be replaced, but I don't think the lining of the band can be? But considering the amount of use I get out of them and the fact that this issue is really just cosmetic, I don't care. Overall they're functional, good for the money, and are a general 5/5 for me.
Review: amazing bluetooth headphones! would buy again even after 8+ years - I got the yellow ones, after years of having them, they still fit comfortably and are in one piece. the noise canceling is good, as well as the Bluetooth and battery life!! they can last me a whole day, and I have long since lost the charger for them, but just use any non lighting charger, and they will charge just fine! the sound quality as well is very crisp, and you can tell it's not cheap Bluetooth audio quality! it's very very crisp. the buttons are very good as well, theres only 3, and you can click or hold all of em, which is not complicated. I will say, I would gladly pay $50/$60 for another pair once these break!! they are very worth the price, and I absolutely love how these headphones have a nice selection of colours too, tho I'll keep to my yellow ones... I will say, sometimes, connecting them with a cord, I have mixed results.. which is fine, my main use of these is for the bluetooth connection. works great with my phone and sometimes I connect to my tablet as well.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How well do these reduce noise? Do these active noise cancelling headphones block out airplane noise?**
A: No. Despite what the manufacturer, and other (probably paid) reviewers state, there is zero active noise canceling on these headphones. True noise canceling requires an electronic feedback mechanism where soundwaves of a given frequency are opposed by soundwaves of an opposing frequency. These do not have any such electronic mechanism. They are cheap, falsely advertised, and poorly engineered. Not only do they lack any true noise canceling, but--for whatever reason--are practically worthless, because they only achieve a max volume of about 6/10ths of what they should--even when input volume levels are set to the limit.

**Q: How is the quality of sound in these over ear Bluetooth headphones?**
A: Totally. Unacceptable. A waste of money. Cranked at max volume, they are around 1/2 as loud as they should be. I have excellent hearing, and I tried them on multiple devices; same thing, on every single one. Plus, the headset is imply too small for any average adult. I do not have a large head, and they still hurt my ears after 30 minutes.

**Q: Do these block out people's conversations? I have noisy neighbors**
A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry.
The noise cancelling of our headphones mainly focuses on canceling out lower frequency sounds like engines, aviation environment, trains, traffic noise, etc. ANC does not cancel out noises like snoring, talking, music or high-frequency sounds, etc. But when you listen to music you can have a nice experience with a powerful active noise cancelling function. So, maybe you can focus on what you want to hear more rather than the noise from your neighbors. As our advanced active noise reduction technology quells the noise of airplane cabins, city traffic, or a busy office, makes you focus on what you want to hear, enjoy your music, movies, and videos.
Hope that helps! Thanks again！

**Q: Are these compatiable with an amazon fire hd 10 plus tablet?**
A: They seem to be compatible with just about everything. I even hooked them up to my Roku, Car, cells, laptop, and G cloud

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Friendly staff who are willing to work with you
*by Z***A on May 16, 2025*

The last pair that I got before this replacement noise canceling didn't really work well and it made weird noises I'm hoping that goes away with this pair. All I had to do was get a replacement was contact silency and they were pretty nice. Update: So unfortunately the other pair did not work out, That being said, support staff are really nice. I ended up getting a refund because the headphones had leakage that was pretty considerable, as well as a few other things. Here are the things that I liked about these: I liked that they had the option for plugin instead of Bluetooth, although it does sound a little bit odd compared to Bluetooth, like you're on a call with somebody I liked that the buttons were very easy to find and press because they were on the same side I liked that the first pair that I got was a type c charger The sound quality was pretty good for the price And I liked how comfortable they were They're also really really durable, The reason why I got the pair in the first place was because one of my friends was wearing them and I asked him where he had gotten them and he directed me here. This friend knew somebody who put these headphones through a lot of abuse and they apparently survived. I would still be careful with electronics in general but if you're getting these for a kiddo it's good to consider Now onto some of the issues, which aren't issues for everybody but I figured I'd say it anyway for any people looking for it for sensory needs The noise canceling doesn't work very well, and will make noise That almost sounds like the inside of a printer if that makes sense, But that's only really a problem if you are in a quiet room and or have sensitive hearing like mine. The leakage is pretty noticable, So if you're looking to blast some music without disturbing anybody these would probably be a no-go for you. I can hear them across the room at half volume, (which comes in handy when I misplace them!) The second pair that I got instead of the button to turn it on and off and turn noise canceling on and off It had a little switch and it had a USB micro to charge with. I would like to add that this pair was free, because I reached out and let them know that the first pair wasn't working out. The second pair that I got didn't get very loud for some reason sadly, and died quite quickly. I think this brand has a lot of potential, And I hope they go far. Their support stuff are really friendly and genuinely want to help. That's different from a lot of the ones that I've had to deal with for other things. Over time with feedback I think they'll probably fix these things because they seem like they really care about the product. Unfortunately though it didn't work for me. I got a refund and I will be returning both pairs of headphones
