I have compression fractures lower spine and daily pain.. I'm 82 years young female. Drugs don't help/ surgery not recommended.. this is the second shirt I've bought . I don't know how they do it but the shirt DOES lessen my unbearable pain. Back braces don't help me. Amazon will allow you to return it but I doubt you will. I don't sleep in mine as I have no pain immediately upon sitting or reclining. I trust the company because I use the copper knee support.If my knee aches in night I pace the knee wrap on and I don't take pills. The newest knee wrap for lady is worth the money.No one asked me for this review. Jean Tx

This is a well made item and the medium fits my wife nicely at 5'7" 115 lbs. She has a lot of pain in her shoulders, I was hoping this would help her but there's no real miracle cure. Very pleased with it though and if it offers even the tiniest bit of relief it's worth the money.

Having had many spine issues I was looking for a close fitting copper shirt. This one is FANTASTIC. I've been wearing it 2-3x per week and it's helping a great deal. I'll have to order more. After 9 spine surgeries I can definitely say this helps!

Has great compression, but not sure how much the copper is helping. I use it to sleep in and it can get quite warm. I usually get pretty sweaty while sleeping in it.

It gives me great support for my lower back and lessen my back pain. I wear it under my clothes when it’s cold. Good product!

The sizing is correct if wearing as a normal top. I needed a small to wear as a compression top.

I love Tommie Copper. My first piece was a camisol I received as a gift over 3 years ago and it still one of my favorite tops. (No dryer) Great fit, stays put, Nice quality. Highly Recommended.
