Fender Player Precision Bass, Capri Orange, Pau Ferro Fingerboard

Was expecting this to be very poor sounding but was very surprised to see it was actually good quality and sound. By no means is it a high end bass but for the price I paid its pretty sweet Fender has really upped the quality of their Squire products from what it seems.

"It wants to be a P Bass when it grows up." That was the first thought I had when I opened the box but this bass plays and sounds great. I am an old fart and have a few health issues and was finding it hard to move my fingers fast enough on my full size P Bass so for the price I thought I would give this a try. It has not disappointed me I love this bass. It is a lot lighter than my full scale approx. 6 lbs. vs 10 lbs. and the fret board is much easier to navigate for my arthritic hand than a full size. I would recommend this for anyone with smaller hand and those that have slight movement issues in there hands. Photo is not that great but it will give you a rough idea of the size difference. The only negative I have found is that it is hard to find accessories like pickguards and flat wound strings (I settled for ground wounds which I have never tried before but now I found them to be a nice alternative).

This guitar is in perfect condition, however after opening I found this. I went to the website and was pretty alarmed about what I found. I’d love to know what part of the guitar has these harmful chemicals or if it is the packaging it comes in.

実は『ミニベース』とは知らず、『レギュラーサイズ』のつもりで発注してしまい、箱を開けてビックリでした。しかしながら、外観、操作性、音質いずれも良くできてまして、この値段でこれかーって感じで満足しました。ただし、ライブで演奏するのは『レギュラーサイズ』にしたいよね？部屋での練習用にしました。

..I bought this Squier mini bass to learn after losing my right arm many years ago, if I ever could a play a bass guitar again, and figured out that I still can, this bass guitar is very cool and the size is just perfect for me, I love the single pickup, it came out of the box with no issues, it was pretty much set up and who ever did that also put it tune, I replaced the strings and and added a bit black to it, this bass guitar stays in tune and sounds quite good to me as I hook it up to a Ramble 25 amp, for the price I would recommend to anyone, child or adult, this is a perfect starter bass guitar, or for some that knows what they are doing, that would like to have a short scaled bass guitar...
