Arrived in its own storage bag with clear instructions. The fit is very good, and it looks SO good in our truck! We have a 2020 Ram 1500 crew cab with concave rear seats. Just one problem: it looks like there are two rear seat configurations. The seat is split 60/40 on our truck, and 40/60 on others. We got the correct large piece for our configuration, but the 40 piece we received is for the other configuration type. In other words, we still need the small seat piece for the rear DRIVER side, not the rear passenger side. I reached out to the seller, so hopefully they can just send us the right piece without having to do a full return (and possibly end up with the same problem again). Honestly, this is the only issue with them. Once we get this corrected, we absolutely love these covers! I'll be happy to share this to 5 stars. UPDATE: It helps if you don't try to install the seat cover backwards, LOL. 100% user error. Rotated the cover 180 degrees, got everything installed, and it all seems to fit pretty well.
