These ice packs are small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, but freeze super cold — truly rock solid. I love that they fit in a small bag to keep milk chilled on the go, and the fact that they’re so sturdy makes me confident that there won’t be any leaks no matter how much things get jostled around in my diaper bag. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They're great, but you have to pack it right.

So, these don't last in my normal diaper bag backpack side pockets lined with that foil material to keep stuff cold. They dethaw quickly in that, but so does everything else. But I flew to florida with 6 of these lining the cooler with well over 100oz of frozen BM and they didn't dethaw. I also threw 2 giant ice packs of a different brand on top and bottom, closed the cooler, and then put the cooler in a foil material bag. I traveled with layovers and we spent 12 hours traveling on our way back and the BM was still frozen solid when we got back. Even in Florida heat and being stored in the overhead compartment. These are great and I will continue to use these.
