**Q: Think this would work well as a perimeter air flow seal for ceiling heat registers?**
A: I believe the foam tape is meant for doors and/or windows.  You may have to have a denser foam tape for the purpose you have in mind since it will not degrade after a several years.

**Q: Will it stick to foam noodle? I am covering a metal bar with a noodle to make it safer...**
A: It's not very sticky but you could maybe put duct tape over it?

**Q: "Open cell" foam allows water to weap through. I'm looking to seal around poor fitting screens without damning up water. Has anyone used it like this?**
A: seal and peal caulk by dap and red devil

**Q: How do I apply the tape?**
A: Peel off the paper to expose the sticky side and then press it against whatever you want to seal.
