Omg this knife is really great . its perfectly balanced. By far the sharpest knife ive ever used. Im a huge fan of the ergo chef knife design becuase the way its arched is designed to make cutting easier on the wrist. This knife is beautiful . it makes me respect my food even more .

This knife is amazing! I got one a few weeks ago, and it instantly became my new favorite knife! It feels great in my hand, thanks to the ergonomic design, and doesn't give me any hand strain at all. Be very careful with this knife, as it is VERY SHARP! It works just as well slicing meat or chopping veggies. Have you seen how beautiful this knife looks?? Wow!! When I opened the box the first time, I was stunned at how beautiful the knife is! This is an amazing value for a Japanese style knife, I've seen others for much, much more money! What an amazing knife. When I opened the magnet presentation box I was in awe. The knife is beautifully crafted and has major attention to details. The handle fits perfectly in your hand and the weight and balance is spot on. This knife is not just sexy, but a beast in the kitchen. It cuts through the toughest items like chicken bone and makes thin slices of tomato with precision and ease. As a Professional Chef that does competitive competitions and events in front of thousands having the right knife is key to me being efficient, and ERGO CHEF HAS NAILED IT!!!If you don't have this eye turning knife in your knife roll, then you are using the wrong tool to create with. I purchased this knife for my husband.He absolutely loves it. He works with knifes everyday at his work. By far this is his favorite knife to use. I have used this knife myself (when he's not home of course lol) and I love it. Ergo Chef has great customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
