These beans have great nutrition values, not like chips and candy bars. The textures of these beans are great, crunchy with lightly salted. And they actually can make you feel a little full after a couple of grabs, just convenient enough for 10-15 minutes work breaks. They came in the large container (765grams) just like the picture shows, but I put enough beans in zip lock bags enough for a day breaks.The taste and textures of these Seapoint Farms brand are equal quality to other brand that I tried, but with better value for your money.
