They make no rustling noises & you can barely feel you're wearing a pad. Yes they need changing a little more frequently but I find they absorb so much better than any other brand I've ever tried. No leaks so far even on heavy flow days. So pleased to see this product in my local supermarkets too. I've tried the day & night ones & definitely find these night ones a better size, day ones for me personally are suitable only for really light flow days.
