Review: Best melatonin supp I’ve tried - You definitely have to take this before you brush your teeth. The powder will stain anything it touches (although it comes out with elbow grease), and I think after enough use it would probably start to yellow your teeth. However, it is the only melatonin supplement I’ve ever tried that 1) actually works and 2) doesn’t give me vivid nightmares once I do fall asleep. This supplement makes me feel like I’m falling asleep naturally without any weird side effects. Some melatonin supplements also make me nauseated in the morning, and I don’t experience that with this.

Taste terrible. Did not work like it said. Will never buy again. Package was coming apart. 14 individual packages for approximatly 19 dollars then you have to add it to water that you have to buy. Neuro sleep is a lot better if you can get it.
