The binoculars fit just fine in the Maven case with room to spare for a small DIY cleaning kit and the bino strap. That said, the cheap plastic shipping bag was sliced open and the surface of the Maven case was damaged by whatever did the slicing. Not too happy about the shipping package, or how it was handled, and that it was put in my mailbox like that. But, I'll keep it since it's only a surface cut and the Maven case will function just fine even though it was mishandled and damaged in shipping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for expensive binoculars *by on Reviewed in the United States 29 August 2024* I wanted a good, lightweight, case for my Swaro's, which are not cheap binoculars so took a chance on this case. Well built and protects them from the heavy wear I place on them during transport to matches. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well Made! *by on Reviewed in the United States 14 December 2020* This shell is perfect for my 10x42 Leica binoculars. Bit roomier then I needed; however, it actually works better that way, so I can keep my covers inside for the padding to protect my binocs. Zipper is sturdy, and the short handle works fine for me. Doesn't come with the clip on longer strap, which seems odd to me they don't offer that option when you buy this case, as many might want the shoulder strap. I don't; but some might. Good soft (hard enough) shell that takes a goodly amount of being tossed about in my truck, yet protects my costly Leica binocs.
