One the quality of the packaging is rubbish it’s really hard to close back together and it’s not great seen as it’s powderAnd the taste is not great it’s really bitty and tastes really weirdI’ll go back to slim fast

Tasted quite powdery and very little flavour to speak of. Definitely won’t be buying again, I’ll stick with Slimfast!

Pleasant and a good strawberry taste
I like to think I eat a good balanced dinner, but I have flaws. I do not eat breakfast and go all day not eating until 8pm at night. Eat my meat and veg, then biscuits, or crisps as don’t go to bed until 3 am.I was in desperate need to find a quick solution and love shakes..I chose the strawberry shake with iced cold milkI can confirm like some powders this one doesn’t taste bitter or to sweetBeing borderline diabetic I find this shake does help. Helps by suppressing the hunger pains, light headiness, and headache. It’s my fault, to lazy to make breakfast.Once opening the packet which I found easy, popped three scoops in 300 mls of real cold milk. I whisk it up with a fork in my glass. 300 mls isn’t a lot, so if not eating for a while, you may need to think about making up more.Didn’t go frothy with a fork, but quicker than making it with a whisk or blender.When drinking the shake is smooth, and no horrible gritty taste. What I did find though were dried strawberries that do add the flavour with added texture.The taste is decent and not insipid. A nice pleasant strawberry taste.Apparently has enough protein and nutrients to last and keep hunger at bay.Currently at review £14.99 for 10 portions, can be bought on S&S so can apply the 10% discountSo for a small glass of 300ml, costs individually £1.50 a drink, which is cheaper than a coffee when bought to take out.I would check all ingredients if allergic before purchasing.I like the strawberry one very much.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️ I hope my review helps you

Lovely flavour and keeps me full with no desire to snack.
I have been dieting since March and have lost almost 4 stones. I recently was stuck on a plateau for a few weeks and another xls product got my wept loss back on track so I know how good the brand is.This shake is only 229 calories per shake, and you get a whopping 22g of protein. You also get all the nutrients that you need for a meal in each shake.I use a shaker cup to make my shakes, I found that it mixes very easily leaving no clumps at all.The flavour is spot on, just the right amount of sweetness, very pleasant. I how to lose another stone and a half at least by the end of the year. A shake fills me for hours so no snacking. Each one costs around £1.50, not the cheapest but it does contain a brilliant range of nutrients.
