**Q: does it require assembly?**
A: It just rolls out the box all in one piece.

**Q: what are the dimensions?  (I would like to know the floor space it takes up)**
A: It's approximately 4 feet long by 24 inches wide. The dimensions are not the issue for me but more the weight. Not sure how much it weighs but it's extremely heavy to move for one person.

**Q: Is the Pilates Power Gym suitable for a six foot two inch man?**
A: I don't think it would be.  I am only 5'4 and I regret buying this power gym.  Too small and easy for me.

**Q: I'm 6'2" is equipment suffient for my height ?  Carl from Indiana**
A: Hi Carl. I had my 6' son test it out.  When he is fully extended on machine, cords are at max. He said it wouldn't go another 2".But, you would only be doing footwork fully extended. He found the tension with all four cords too easy for leg press, chest press, etc. There are two additional setting to elevate machine to increase tension. Not sure if this will be challenging enough for you?

Such a great purchase for the money.  The DVD's are excellent.  I can get a great workout in 30 minutes without leaving my house.  It feels like it cost lots more than it did.  Highly recommend!
