Review: Works great - I bought these straws for my 94 year old grandmother who has trouble lifting her drinks. They work perfectly. They are kinda hard to clean where they are so long but you get so many that it’s easy just to toss when one gets super dirty. I just rinse them out as soon as she’s done drinking and you don’t have to worry about buildup in them. I would highly recommend. They also work great for my 17 month old grandson who absolutely loves straws lol!! Great product. They are super flexible and long. The color variation is great too. They work great and are the perfect product for any age.

Just what I needed to be able to assist myself with being able to partake in a beverage on my own cuz I'm a quadriplegic. The only thing which is just a matter of learning and maneuvering that when you finish drinking you do need to make sure that the liquid settles back down into the straw or it will pour out on you or wherever you have it leaning pointing downwards. Other than that it's the straw. It works and I can now drink when I want instead of having to ask or wait on someone to give me a drink! That was the goal. Goal Achieved!!!!

**Q: Are these bpa free?**
A: Do not know. They ended up not working because the flexible areas were too big for the hole in my cup. Plus, not knowing if they were BPA free, I did not want them sitting in my water while I am sleeping.

**Q: How does the straw stay in the cup? Is the bottom of the straw Weighted?**
A: No. The straws are a little bit heavier than ordinary but not weighted. We use them in tall cups 16 oz or more) and there is no issue. I don't know how they would work in the Styrofoam cups as shown in the sales page.

**Q: These look like spider legs.. where can I get some black ones to stick random giant spider legs in random places..?**
A: Did you search for "black plastic straws"? Maybe add flexible?

**Q: Can these be used with hot beverages?**
A: I haven’t tried, but they seem thick enough to withstand hot temperatures.

They are worth the price….. not too expensive. I bought these for an aunt in the hospital with 2 broken arms. This way she would not be thirsty or need to ask for assistance anytime she needed a drink. It made for a good laugh and actually worked for her. They fit inside a 30 oz traveler mug and reached her in her hospital bed easily. I would’ve given 5 stars but they are really thick so she has to stop sucking and let it drain so she doesn’t soak herself. Bc like I said the straw itself is very thick. Overall I think it’s a good buy for the price. They are made of orange bendy plastic and can be posed in any position.
