Just a lip balm
I completely agree with the " Meh " review. Doesn't live up to the reviews and is an expensive non refundable mistake. No plumping. Not in love with the color. Would rather be no color so I could try it on my tiny lines that a plumping product usually helps

I though this would stain, but it's more like a chapstick. The pink tone is almost unnoticeable. Very disappointed. The price is outrageous on this product. You'll get a better result with Burts Bees tinted lip ball for $4.79
