TITLE: Friendship Music Jewelry Box SENTIMENT: You are my forever friend GIFT-GIVING SUGGESTIONS: A gift to express friendship and thoughtfulness for mothers, sisters, best friends. A favorite place to keep jewelry and notes; plays Vivaldi’s La Primavera (Spring) when wound and lid is open. Simplicity of form and the absence of facial features signify Willow Tree. Hand-carved figures reveal their expression through body gestures only... a tilt of the head, placement of the hands, a turn of the body. Since 1999, American artist Susan Lordi has worked in partnership with DEMDACO to produce, market and distribute Willow Tree, her line of carved figurative sculpture. From her studio in Kansas City, Lordi hand carves the original of each figure. This piece is cast based on Lordi's original and painted by hand. Inside each fitted packaging box is an enclosure card with piece title and sentiment on it. Each piece is intended to be open to interpretation from the viewer. Das Produkt mag neu gut sein - ABER ich habe in der Originalverpackung eine kaputte Retoure erhalten!! Es spielte keine Musik! Und was viel schlimmer ist: es war ein Geschenk zum Muttertag und meine Mutter fand drinnen eine Widmung „Für T… von S…“ Das war mega peinlich und geht gar nicht!! Am liebsten würde ich Null Sterne vergeben! Die zweite Bestellung war jedoch einwandfrei.
