So pleased! It was an investment, but the cage was easy to assemble and I figure it will most likely go on to house any number of small pets as the years go on. I DIY-ed the base from a sheet of 1” birch plywood and the hairpin legs are courtesy of Amazon as well. Not cheap, but it delivers on quality and simplicity of design. Recommend.

From the moment you open the box, you realize you have bought a quality item. The thick glass pieces are securely packaged in plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and styrofoam to ensure no glass is scratched or cracked. They even include gloves with grip nubs to help you hold the glass without dropping it or making it covered in fingerprints. Care is also taken to protect the metal parts and base of the cage. We were able to assemble it within 15-20 minutes. The hardest part was figuring out how to attach the sliding door lock. Once together it is sturdy and very large which will be perfect for our small pet.

I bought this glass cage for my daughter's hamster and it is huge. I bought the white one. It's easy to put together and it's very sturdy. My daughter's hamster loves this cage and you can put so many things in this cage for your hamster to play on. I love that you can use glass sides or the metal grid sides or even both. This cage is the best.

The Niteangel Glass Pet terrarium rating we give, are 3-n-a-half (3.5) stars - out of five; from this mom and daughter duo in North East Florida. The pet cage has a great design and looks nice (we like the clean white metal frame); quite a bit of thought (as a small owner) went into this... however, it has some imperfections. Which is NOT what you'd expect at such a HIGH price! This cage rattles a lot! The glass-front-doors slide nicely, and they sit in the grooves - okay - but - rattles within the tracks/metal framing, at the slightest bump of the stand. This terrarium sits on my daughter's large L shaped desk, so if she erases her paper, it's really noisy (rattle rattle rattle). There needs to be . . . . . . . hmmm - well . . . . it needs something or some way to "hug" the glass a bit better. As in maybe a thin layer of silicone? With an added non toxic substance for being slippery . . . . (?) . . . I mean - like a thin painted coating of . . . . something . . maybe not silicone . . . . . I don't know, somehow the frame track or "grooves" should be slightly tighter or lined to prevent rattling, but not to prevent sliding. There's also the need for hanging other accessories or decor within the cage. This is a problem: if one wants to hang items in a corner to keep the middle open, an accessory with screws (for wire cage-type panels) on two sides of the accessory, cannot be used. There are very limited configurations for this terrarium. The side panels can be changed (wire or glass), but it would be NICE if the company included wire back panels too. Then there could be more options for the owner when adding different levels, tubes, water or food dishes, etc. to this "glass box." Over all it's nice, but needed a little more thought or better design in added features - for the price. : /

I am so disappointed that my cage arrived but it is broken. :(

I was very excited to receive this product but when it arrived and I opened it the glass was completely shattered called the company and they said they would refund my money in 7-10 business days and I never received my refund. I was going to repurchase the product. The material was perfect for a hamster I recommend it but I would expect to have something broken in it when you receive it.
