I found this to be an excellent book. By that I mean it is thoughtful, insightful, encouraging, knowledgeable, helpful and very well-written. It clearly emerges out of years of actual hands-on work and opens up a new way of looking into the very nature of health and healing. I recommend it highly, first as simply a good and meaningful read, but then also as a valuable path toward improved well-being.

This book provides an excellent overview and introduction into SourcePoint Therapy. To be clear: it's not a handbook for practitioners. The author states that SourcePoint can't be taught in a book, and that in order to go deeper into the practice, one would have to attend SourcePoint training.However, just being introduced to the principles of SourcePoint Therapy and the Blueprint, which is the fundamental pattern of health that is inherent in us and in Source,  is transformative.Added bonus: There are audio meditations at the SourcePoint Therapy website that reference each of chapters in the book and that further deepen the reader's understanding.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It’s a practical integration of meditation, awareness of the physical body, and awareness of the energy body. One of the things that appealed to me is that the authors have both the intelligence and the sensitivity to acknowledge that health is an individual journey. There are other books in this genre that make strict pronouncements, e.g., “When this specific part of the body hurts, it means you’re having this specific emotional problem.” Instead, the authors of this book gently point the way to health by explaining how physical structure, emotions, and energy are interlinked, thereby giving the reader the chance to come to their own conclusions and insights.
