I usually use them once or twice a day (more frequently if needed on occasion), and they definitely help my eyes feel more comfortable. A couple of times when I was somewhere where I couldn't get these, I've used other Systane PF (preservative-free) eyedrops, but they just don't do the job for me that these do. Any stinging from the drops is so minor (for me), I wouldn't even't have thought to mention it. In fact, it feels refreshing. The price is good - less than my local drug stores.
