Great for gaming and work
Great quality. Perfect for gaming and Xbox Series X. 4K, VRR, 120 - all work. Didn’t liked only HDR10 so I disabled it. The included stand rotates all needed directions and you can pivot if needed.IPS - great for bright rooms as it eliminates reflections quite well with nice viewing angles and vibrant colors. Blacks are not as deep as with a VA or an OLED panel, but that’s to be expected and can be noticed only at night. Also, attached to a MacBook Air M1 as external display. Works great with different scaling options. Text and overall image details are close to the native Retina display on the MacBook. The colors need a bit adjustment from the monitors setting. Works at 4k/144hz which is higher than the 60hz on the retina so macOS is very smooth and responsive in terms of animations. Using a DisplayPort-to-USB C cable for it.

absolutely stunning visuals!!
the best monitor at 4k 144hz 1ms right now..buy it,coming from an experienced eye for detail..motion is smooth as silk..playing doom eternal and I just wet my pants,Jesus.. even blacks which are notorious on ips screens seem erm.....Black.. you have to calibrate a while though..the settings between monitor, graphics card and windows are customisable but tbh straight out the box with correct cables and the right source feed this engine drives picture motion how it should be done..reminds me fondly of the old Panasonic top of the range heavy duty plasma screens from way back when..plasma technology had its faults but by Christ you could have beautifully driven motion alike to this monitor..albeit a lot sharper...just seems effortless and seamless..I must stress though this tv is finicky with cables.kabeldirekt 1.4 dp hbr3 8k 60z..the club 3d 1.4dp cable is also a cable worthy if you running from PC..the most understated TV on earth just made a statement..if you want a dream 4k 144hz 1ms led monitor...gamble and go live that dream...picture perfect in every way...and 4k 120hz through ps5 xbox is just amazing..your playing 1440 smooth gaming styles on 4k...no jokes..own one...

Great monitor for gaming, ignore the hdr certification and the build quality is average at best.
This is a great monitor providing you have the power to run it. I would recommend a RTX 3070+ as a minimum for triple-A PC titles at 4K.It has an above average contrast ratio for an IPS panel, around 1100-1200:1; most other IPS monitors are around 900-1100:1. The refresh range has great motion handling all round and should be left on the Adaptive Sync mode. This monitor uses the exact same panel as the Gigabyte M28U, but has higher bandwidth HDMI ports. For PS5 this is important as it needs the higher bandwidth for proper 120hz support.Using DisplayPort 1.4a you can max this monitor out at 144hz and 10-bit colour. I would however recommend using a HDMI 2.1 certified cable instead, as you can get 12-bit colour at 144hz. G-Sync works great with my card. If you plan on using the Integer-scaling feature from nVidia or AMD be aware that his monitor is not compatible with it and the option will not appear. There is almost no backlight bleed and very little IPS glow. The biggest downside for me has to be the build quality. The monitor is mostly made of seemingly flimsy plastic. I put a webcam on the top of the screen and the extra weight squeezed the top edge of the panel and caused a visible backlight glow area around it. Once removed it is fine, but something to bear in mind if you plan on using this as your work monitor as well as a gaming one. The plastic around all the edges of the monitor appears to flex a bit when lifting the monitor and the backlight seeps through if squeezed. It also has an external power brick which is surprising given the size of the monitor.Furthermore using a DisplayPort cable gave me occasional flickering and sometimes it would go black for a second (only happened a couple of times). This was not a problem with an HDMI 2.1 cable and could have been related to the use of display stream compression (dsc), since DisplayPort 1.4 has less bandwidth.Despite saying HDR on the box, this panel is edge-lit with 8 zones and is not suitable for HDR use. For proper HDR use it also needs to be significantly brighter. I would recommend deactivating it completely. If you are looking for an HDR experience, you would be far better suited to a mini-LED or OLED panel. The lighting on the back of the panel is mostly a gimmick, and due to having the monitor on an arm, was dimmed significantly. The colours also don't quite matchup to the respective OSD setting; white looks blue etc. If used in a dark room, a static colour can be used for a decent backdrop.Overall a great monitor for gaming, with some concerns to build quality and pointless HDR certification. If you are looking for a 4K gaming monitor for use with a PS5, Xbox Series X etc, or PC, it can't be beat at the price (£485 in June 2022).

High end, quality 4k HDR 144hz monitor
This monitor is amazing. Built for 4k, 144hz and HDR. 1ms response time. I use it for PC gaming at 4k on my customer PC. Standard settings need a little changing to get picture right but that's probably personal preference.I got my monitor replaced on day 1, it had a grey shadow area visible on dark screens, confirmed faulty by Samsung team so contacted amazing who got me a new one next day. Great service, great screen.
