Its easy to dissolve and does not leave any grittiness. I have mixed this with a spoon, fork, electric whisk, and mixer bottle and got the same results each time, smooth with no lumps. This is the only protein powder that I have tried that mixes this well. The Dunkin Cappuccino flavor is really nice. Its not too sweet and because it's low carb it doesn't raise my blood sugar. I'm type 1 diabetic so im always looking for great tasting low carb options.
