AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!!!
I bought this cause my wife saw it in a store. I'm so happy I listened because this pan is epic, legendary, down right mythical in its amazingness!!!! I have found so many different uses for this one pan, I'm in shock at how easy it is to clean and maintain. I've burnt the life out of a few meals and the pan looked destroyed....some hot water and a sponge and BAM it looks damn near brand new!!!Do yourself and your friends and buy one, gift one whatever use buy it and see the epicness yourself.

Great, versatile skillet!
I wanted a skillet that could be used on both a stovetop and in the oven. This is it! It cleans up nicely. The handle may get a little warm, but how hard is it to use a potholder? This is a great piece. Things don't seem to stick. The value for the money makes it all the more appealing.

PERFECT PAN
My first pan was a hand-me-down from my Mom, and I loved it! After many years, it started to show some wear---somehow we got a few scratches on the surface. When I saw that I could get the exact pan at a very good price (there was a sale, it was less than $20), I jumped at the chance.I did the "seasoning" as suggested, and so far (we've had it about a month so far and use it almost every day) not a single thing has stuck or burned. Have not had to use the "rough" side of the sponge to clean it, and hopefully never will. They suggest you season your pan at least twice a year, and I'm planning on doing that, to keep it clean and beautiful and smooth!

Great pan!
We love this pan, it’s not a true no stick, I still have to spray a little oil in it when cooking. It’s lasted quite a while, I would buy it again.

Say "good-bye" to your Teflon coated pans
The pan works very well, great non-stick surface. It's really nice not having to worry about whether or not the "Teflon" surface of the pan is in tact, or if it's leaching chemicals into my food. It's the second "Red Copper" product I've purchased; I have the round sauce pan too. If food seems to be sticking, just season the pan again, as described in the directions. Wiping out the pan with a wet dish cloth, without dishwashing soap, while the pan is still warm, makes the pans last longer between re-seasoning. The seasoning process is suppose to be done initially, and periodically thereafter, but it is REALLY EASY to do !

Best Fry Pan in 60 years
I use this fry pan everyday. Nothing sticks. I go through fry pans every 3-6 months. Not this one. It looks like it should last for years. Cannot believe how wonderful this pan is. As a gourmet cook I put it through its paces. This is the only pan I will use from now on.After 60 years of cooking, nothing I have used stood the test of time but this pan. I plan to buy the whole set.

No stick like wow!!
Like cast iron you need to season the pan every 6 months. You can fry eggs in this pan without oil or butter and nothing sticks. I like butter flavor though so I still use a bit. I had one of these before and it lasted 10 years. I didn't season it and eventually the surface broke down. 10 years is pretty good considering my neglect. So worth the price. Highly recommended

Not So Magical Non Stick Powers
Delivered with 2 dents in pan. Didn't break the non stick surface so I didn't go to the trouble of returning. Food generally doesn't stick too bad, but this material is not magic as eggs do stick. This square pan is about 3/4 of an inch too small as you can just fit 4 pieces of bread in it but leaves no room for a spatula to flip the bread. Only redeeming quality is my wife likes it so she doesn't drown our food in non stick spray like when using others pans. We have 2 other red copper pans that have begun to stick horribly even after going through the re-curing process. If you ever overheat one it seems to lose it's non stick super powers. I wouldn't spend my money on another one.

Food sticks
I purchased last year. It always needed a little oil or butter. Now, it is so difficult to remove food! Photo is after a simple omelet that had to be scraped out of the pan, and I oiled the entire pan before cooking.Do not recommend.
