Foscam Extension Cable FI8918W FI8905W FI8904W FI8910W Power AC Adapter 10FT

This does exactly what it's supposed to do and works great (although a little pricey). My only complaint is that the connection isn't the tightest, meaning the male end can easily be pulled out of the female end. Not a big deal for me since I ran this through my attic where nothing will touch it. Just for a little extra security I wrapped some electrical tape around the connection.I will buy this product again as I install more cameras.

Pros:- Well constructed. Not likely to malfunction.- worked perfectly with my Foscam FI8910W.Cons:- None noted. Will update should any problems develop but I don't anticipate any.The bottom line:A good quality cable at a fair price that does what it is supposed to do. I give this cable a five star rating and would purchase again.

Works great with the Foscam FI8910W to extend beyond the standard powercord. The reason I removed one star is that I had to use tape where this cable connects to the cable from the power supply. The slightest tug pulled them apart and installing the cable on the wall became such a pain that taping them together with some duck-tape was the only way.Outside of that minor inconvenience, I would get this product again.

This is exactly what I needed and received. I wanted to reposition my camera but in order to do so required a longer cable. I searched and found this which solved the issue. I've already connected it and it works perfectly no problems. A big thank you to the seller for getting it to me after a minor delay.

Unfortunately, these "Foscam Extension Cable FI8918W FI8905W FI8904W FI8910W Power AC Adapter 10FT" cables (I bought 2 of them "Cykermall" two weeks ago) do NOT work with my FOSCAM nVISION FI8918W Wireless IP Camera. The cable's plugs sure seem to be proper size, and the camera's indicator lights do behave normally, but the camera simply fails to connect to local area network (tried both wired and wireless connections). Just doesn't work when the extension cable is in use. But right after removing the extension cable, the camera will connect and function just fine! So using the extension cable is definitely a problem with my FOSCAM camera. Too bad ... will have to return these extension cables.

This camera was everything I expected it to be. I read the reviews on it and made my decision based on those reviews.The configuration IS a little obtuse, but I have configured hundreds of IP camera's, so it was easy enough to figure out.This camera serves the purpose I have for it, I do wish that it responded a little quicker data wise, so that my DVR program would pick it up.Fortunately, my IP Cam app on my tablet works just fine with it.

This is just a simple 10-foot extension cable for the power line to a Foscam IP camera. Even though the camera is wireless for communications, it still needs power. This extension cable allows you to place the power supply (wall wart) at a more convenient location by increasing the distance. The only thing I would do to improve this product would be to add some sort of restraint that would keep the connectors coupled. I'm going to wrap mine with electrical tape. But, for the price, it seems to me that something should be provided to keep the connectors from pulling apart.

Bought it thinking it was an extension lead for an antenna, since it was advertised alongside the aerial as an accessory. Haven't got a clue what it's actually for. Looks like a simple 3.5 mm headphone or low voltage extension.

Comprado para un cámara FOSCAM (R2M) y funciona perfectamente.Por si acaso, comprobado con un polímetro que la corriente y la polaridad fueran las correctas.

Cavi utili per le videocamere che abitualmente hanno cavi di alimentazione molto corti. Sembra ben fatto anche se per sicurezza consiglio di mettere del nastro adesivo nella giunzione per evitare il distacco.

Buonissimo, credevo che la caduta di tensione dovuta alla lunghezza avrebbe disturbato il funzionamento, invece nessun problema.Ottimo per router, centraline metereologiche e affini.
